The benefit for your community

Customers pay the full amount for the purchased goods or services when they make a purchase and later get money back (the cashback).

The cashback is calculated as a percentage and you determine how much cashback you as a partner shop give to the customer when you fill out yourpartner application. As soon as the customer has placed the order/purchase correctly, the cashback credit will appear on their digital customer account.

After completing the transaction, we pay the customer the cashback of the placed and confirmed order to his bank or postal account. You will then receive a revenue share. We take care of the administration, billing and payment.

You will receive the revenue share of the transactions from us.

3. Payout

As soon as the customer's transaction is confirmed, we pay out the calculated cashback to their bank or postal account. This process takes place monthly. The customer/member now sees on his statement that he has received payment for his purchase.

In addition, we are constantly striving to win new interesting partners for our communities. On your own platform, you decide which partners are activated for your customers/members.

Individual partner campaigns

In consultation with you, we negotiate additional promotions with the partners. This includes, for example, special discount offers for advertising in newsletters, the app or on the website. In addition, we would be happy to advise you on other special campaigns with our partners and conduct negotiations, for example for competitions/raffles or for sales theme days such as Valentine's Day, Singles Day, Black Friday and Christmas. Marketing Opportunities

The platform offers you various advertising options within your community. We will coordinate this with you and will be happy to advise you on the best application. You can create the content yourself with your team or our experienced staff will support you with content such as design, text, imagery, etc.

In addition to the content in your community, we also support campaigns to promote your community outside of the platforms. We would be happy to develop advertising messages with you, implement them and advise you on optimal placements in your existing as well as new advertising media. We also take on the implementation, such as sending newsletters, designing advertising material for print or digital, printing advertising material, etc.

Here you will find an overview of the various advertising options:

Banner ads

In our communities, but also for websites, we create online banners for advertising messages. We also have the option of creating pop-up banners.

Landing pages

We create websites and landing pages with customized content. Use the tools we have developed, for example for raffles, sending vouchers, ticket sales, etc.

Social media content

We create social media posts on our own or external platforms for our communities and  also for customers.


We have already developed various apps and their content. If you wish, we will be happy to support you in the implementation of your own application.

Print advertising

We regularly create print products such as advertisements, business cards, flyers, posters, etc. for our own and customer campaigns.

We would also be happy to develop appropriate products for you.


We use newsletters as a further means of communication. For this we create designs and content, which we manage and send using various tools. If you wish, we can also create your content and you can commission us to manage and send it.

Explainer videos

We support the promotion of the platform with explanatory videos and tutorials.

iBeacon system

The iBeacon is a small transmitter that we place in your local shop. With our intelligent system, you can use the iBeacon to contact customers who are in the vicinity of your shop. You can also place information when customers are in your store. You control the messages via your partner account. In order for the messages to be received, the customer must have installed the app for the relevant community and activated push notifications.

Push messages may include, among other things:

  • Action/Sale in store: Today action 2 for 1

  • Special offer: 2% more cashback today

  • After shopping: Don't forget to scan your receipt so that the cashback can be credited

Browser extension

The browser extension automatically reminds customers on all partner shop websites of the communities where they receive cashback. If you connect your web shop to us as a partner, the information bar will appear on your website when a customer visits it. The browser extension can only be installed on the desktop and is available for all common web browsers.

We offer you professional data analysis and support

Performance & data analysis

The performance of your platform is very important to us. Therefore, we have developed various data analysis tools in recent years so that we can record and evaluate important figures on sales, partners, usage, etc. We use this data to create marketing messages and learn more about the interests of your customers/members.

Swiss support team

You and your customers/members will be supported by our own Swiss support team with system or technical questions. This is available on weekdays and all year round for questions and assistance of all kinds.

Technical maintenance

We also ensure the ongoing maintenance of our system. In this way, we ensure that we are always technically up to date. All data is hosted in Switzerland.

Billing and administration

We take over the billing and administration with the partners, such as invoicing. We also pay out the cashback to customers.
